Bread made with pineapple

Ingredients To make the bread:

2 cups of regular flour
1 container (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, with most of the juice removed (save 2 tablespoons for the glaze)
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup of white sugar
3 ounces of cream cheese that has been left out to soften.
1 small spoon of baking soda
1 small spoon of salt
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 egg, whisked

For the topping:

1 and 1/3 cups of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of pineapple juice (kept from the can)
