Ingredients:
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 80 grams butter
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
To decorate:
- 4 lemons (15 cl juice and zest from 3 lemons)
- 125 grams cane sugar
- 50 grams butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 heaped tablespoon of cornstarch
