Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup milk
– 2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 8 large tortillas or wraps
– Lettuce leaves
– Sliced dill pickles
– Shredded cheddar cheese
– Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce
For the Big Mac Sauce:
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons sweet relish
– 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
– 1 tablespoon white vinegar
– 2 teaspoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, dehydrated onion, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Form the beef mixture into 8 equal patties.
3. Cook the patties in a skillet or on a griddle over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. To make the Big Mac sauce, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
5. Warm the tortillas or wraps according to package instructions.
6. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and place a cooked beef patty in the center.
7. Top the patty with lettuce leaves, sliced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
8. Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll up the sides to form a wrap.
9. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
10. Serve the Big Mac Wraps warm, with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
