Instructions:

3. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, cooked rice, water chestnuts, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Velveeta cheese. Mix well.

4. Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture into a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
