Chicken, Mango, and Avocado Salad

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mango, avocado, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.

2. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and fruit mixture. Stir gently so as not to break up the avocado.

4. On individual plates or a large plate, place a base of mixed lettuce.

5. Spread the chicken and fruit mixture over the lettuce.

6. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.

7. If using pecans, add them just before serving to maintain their crunch.

8. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors and textures.
