Ingredients:

– Tangerines, peeled and sections separated
– Kiwis, peeled and sliced
– Persimmons, peeled and sliced
– Grapefruit, peeled and sections separated
– Apple, cored and chopped
– Banana, peeled and sliced
– 8 g agar-agar (natural gelatin alternative)
– 50 ml water
– 350 ml milk
– 200 grams condensed milk

Directions:

1. Prepare the agar-agar mixture: Dissolve the agar-agar in 50 ml water and heat until fully melted. Set aside.

2. Mix the milk: In a separate pot, combine 350 ml milk with 200 grams of condensed milk and bring it to a gentle boil. Stir constantly.

3. Combine the agar-agar and milk: Slowly add the melted agar-agar mixture into the milk, stirring continuously until well combined. Remove from heat.

4. Prepare the fruit: Arrange the peeled and sliced tangerines, kiwis, persimmons, grapefruit, apples, and bananas in a serving dish.

5. Pour the mixture: Pour the milk and agar-agar mixture over the fruits, ensuring they’re evenly coated.

6. Chill and set: Refrigerate the dessert for 1-2 hours until firm.
