Delicious Cinnamon Roll Pancakes Recipe

Prepare the Cream Cheese Glaze:

1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter and cream cheese until melted.

2. Whisk together until smooth, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined. Set aside.

Cook the Pancakes:

1. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Scoop about 1/2 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet.

3. Snip the corner of the zip baggie containing the cinnamon filling and squeeze a spiral of the filling onto the top of the pancake.

4. When bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pancake, carefully flip with a spatula and cook until lightly browned on the underside, about 1 to 2 minutes more.

5. Transfer the cooked pancake to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while you make the rest of the pancakes.

Serve:

1. When ready to serve, spoon the warmed cream cheese glaze on top of each pancake.
