Delicious Crab Cake Egg Rolls Recipe

Directions:

1. Prepare the Crab Cake Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley until smooth.

2. Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in the crushed Ritz crackers and crabmeat into the seasoned mixture until well combined. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes to let it set before rolling.
3. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Lay the egg roll wrappers on a clean surface with the points facing north, south, east, and west. Lightly brush the edges with water to seal them. Spoon approximately 3 ounces of the crab cake mixture into the center of each wrapper.

4. Roll the Egg Rolls: Fold the bottom point over the crab mixture, then fold in the left and right points. Roll the wrapper up tightly, ensuring the filling is evenly distributed. The egg rolls should be about 4 inches long.
5. Air Fry the Egg Rolls: Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking oil and place them in the air fryer. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them after 8 minutes, until golden and crisp.
