Delicious Lemon Cake
Heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan that measures 9 by 13 inches.
Mix together the cake mix, pudding, oil, water, eggs, vanilla, and lemon zest until well combined.
Put the mixture evenly in the pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
Place on a wire rack to cool a bit.
In a bowl, mix together the sugar, lemon peel, half of the lemon juice, cream, and butter. Put more lemon juice until you reach the thickness you want.
Pour the sauce over the cake while it is still warm.
Let it cool a bit before serving.
