EASY HOMEMADE SALSA

Making homemade salsa is easy to make by using the blender or food processor.

This recipe is a quick cut, making use of canned tomatoes and fresh ingredients. It can be made in just only a few minutes. It is also possible to substitute fresh tomatoes for tomatoes !

The recipe can be made in the food processor or blender. Just pulse it a few times. We would like the onion, garlic as well as the tomatoes and cilantro to be chopped however it should remain chunky.

Ingredients

2 14.5 2 oz chopped tomato (regular style or Mexican style)

1 small can of chopped green chilies

1/4 bunch of cilantro

2 cloves garlic

2 green onions whole

1/2 1 tbsp sugar

Salt and pepper

Other add-ons

peaches

pineapple

jalepenos

anaheim pepper

bell pepper

lime

 

Instructions

Blend all ingredients using a processor, excluding tomatoes. Add tomatoes and pulse a few more times or until it is the consistency you like. Serve chilled!
