Directions:

1. Lay out the keto-friendly low-carb tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Spread a thin layer of keto pesto sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges to prevent spillage.

2. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken breast on top of the pesto sauce.

3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped spinach over the chicken. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, starting from one end and working your way to the other, to create a wrapped cylinder.

5. Once rolled, slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch sections to create pinwheels. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
