« Honey Pepper Chicken & Creamy Macaroni Cheese »

Directions:

1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cayenne pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
4. Slice cooked chicken into strips and return to skillet with honey pepper sauce. Coat chicken evenly with sauce, then set aside.

5. Cook macaroni pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
6. In a separate pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about a minute, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
7. Remove pot from heat and stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

8. Mix cooked pasta with cheese sauce until well coated.
9. To serve, plate creamy macaroni cheese and top with honey pepper chicken. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for freshness.
