Mango Passionfruit Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

– 3 large eggs
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
– 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or canned)

For the Mango Passionfruit Topping:
– 1/2 cup mango puree
– 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp
– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
