Mouthwatering Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet Recipe

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Steak: In a large bowl, mix the steak strips with soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and hot sauce. Set aside to marinate.

2. Cook the Potatoes: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the quartered baby yellow potatoes until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Prepare the Steak: In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic, red chili pepper flakes, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Cook the steak strips for about 1 minute on each side.

4. Combine Ingredients: Pour in the reserved marinade and cook for an additional minute. Add the cooked potatoes back into the skillet, mixing everything together. Heat through and season with salt and pepper.
