Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450g (1 lb) thinly sliced beef sirloin or flank steak
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
