Slow Cooker Tortellini & Sausage Soup

Instructions:

Step 1: In a large skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium-high heat. Drain the excess fat.

Step 2: Transfer the cooked meat to your slow cooker, adding the marinara sauce, sliced mushrooms, and diced tomatoes. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, letting the flavors blend perfectly.

Step 3: About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the cheese tortellini. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, cover, and cook on LOW for an additional 15 minutes, or until the tortellini is soft and tender.
