Steak Shrimp Noodles Recipe

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vegetables:
– Sauté bell peppers and onions in oil over medium heat for a few minutes until soft and slightly charred.

2. Cook the Noodles:
– Use refrigerated chow mein noodles. Toss them in the prepared sauce over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Add the sautéed onions and peppers to the noodles.

3. Season and Cook the Shrimp:
– Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Cook over medium-high heat with a little oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp form a nice C shape.

4. Season and Cook the Steak:
– Season NY strip steak with cracked sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder.
– Cook over medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet with a little oil for approximately 3 minutes on each side to get a sear.
– Reduce heat to medium, add garlic herb butter, and use a spoon to baste the steak. Cook to preferred doneness, using a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.

5. Final Touches:
– Add a soft-boiled egg to the dish.
– Drizzle some melted butter, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and herbs, over the noodles and steak.
