How to Make Cut Milk Caramel

1. In a saucepan, mix the refined sugar and powdered milk.

2. Add the filtered water and stir until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
3. Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture turns a caramel brown color, similar to milk caramel (approximately 10 minutes).
4. Turn off the heat and continue stirring vigorously for another 5 minutes.

5. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized square pan, previously greased with margarine.
6. Allow it to cool for 10 to 15 minutes, then cut the caramel into pieces.
7. Remove the pieces from the pan and serve.
