Ultimate Cheesy Ranch Oven Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs potatoes, washed and diced into bite-sized pieces
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
