Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
– 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

3. Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and drained corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
