Ultra easy lemon cookies

Preparation

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6). Cover your baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Step 2: Mix the soft butter with the sugar and add the egg. Stir well, then gradually add the flour and baking powder.
  3. Step 3: Using a grater, rub the skin of the lemon to obtain fine zest. Squeeze the lemon and add both the juice and zest to the dough. Stir to combine.
  4. Step 4: Make small piles of dough, spaced out on the baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes.
